In our experience, when an ISP allows its clients to create their own database on a “do it yourself basis”, it doesn't
work out in the end. Let's face it, it never has. On the other hand, ISPs that offer to do it for you and send
you the coordinates once it's functioning as part of their personalized customer service, those always work
out well.

We certainly can. Authors' Web Design will conduct regular version updates for up to
one year after the site has been delivered. Additional low cost update packages can be purchased after.
Substance Books members with active listings are eligible for free version updates of their hybrid
sites created by Authors' Web Design as long as their Substance Books listings are active.
